Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Direction: Establish, communicate, and implement the strategic direction of the organization’s operations division.
- Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals, providing expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other divisions and departments to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to enhance efficiency and resource utilization.
- Policy and Standards: Establish and communicate operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective execution.

- Reporting: Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the CEO and leadership.
